Quiet atmosphere and perfectly clean and adequate rooms with a jacuzzi. Great food and cool drinks. Good and absolutely perfect location in Eugene short walk to Eugene airport, everything, the door, the walls/food, sheets, and an industrial area.

The location is good and ideal, 2 miles from a dinner theater. Btw, it's set in an industrial area adjacent to Eugene airport, central Eugene, and the industrial area.

Staff was willing to assist when asked.
I was appalled by the lack of security in this area. The room was infested with a strong chemical smell, made me question its cleanliness. I felt completely unsafe due to the sketchy characters wandering around the hotel.

We visited a cool local brewery and explored some hiking trails nearby. The room was clean, had a mini-fridge and microwave, and was perfect for our stay. Just a heads up, there's some noise from neighbors, but overall, we had a blast!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Beautiful King Room and really loved how everything felt brand new and clean. The pool area was a great spot to chill out. The only downside was that the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy, but that didn't ruin my overall experience. Definitely consider it if you're looking for a comfy stay on a budget 😊

It was just a good match for a city escape in Eugene with all in all great value for money. The room smelled bad, but I had the a/c right next to me which helped cool things down. Make sure to check the room before settling in.

missingWrote a review on 16 Julsketchy neighborhood
The room had a pungent odor from cleaning products that may cause discomfort for those sensitive to scents, and there were visible signs of neglect, such as black mold on the shower curtain. The shower also had some issues maintaining water temperature, and the curtain felt outdated. A lack of reliable wifi access added another layer of frustration, as I had to push for it upon arrival. The surrounding area gave a vibe of unease, with some individuals loitering nearby.
